The platform is not a fund, financial intermediary, asset manager, or credit institution. All investments are made directly into the share capital of legally registered SIA companies in Latvia.

All legal relations within the platform are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. In case of disputes, the parties agree to resolve them through arbitration or local courts in Latvia.
